Personal Training Method

Get ready for a new you!

Every Personal Trainer is different in the way they work with clients, so here is a brief outline of the way I work with mine.

I use a balanced approach to training, this means we work together to improve not just your training skill set, but your over all physical and mental well being. The body achieves what the mind believes.

Building positive habits, skills, and gaining self confidence by way of regular goal setting and achievements will filter into the rest of your life, and that's where the real benefits are found.

​

I do one on one sessions in a private gym, or your home, and as part of the cost of sessions, you get access to an app where you can find  your custom built training plan, diet tracking and advice, and lots of other support to hit your goals.

Once you no longer  feel the need for one to one sessions, you can switch to a plan that has all the online support and use of the app and I can continue to design workouts weekly for a small charge.

Initially I will carry out an email consultation and only if I'm sure I can help you achieve what your looking for we can go on to discuss the best way of moving forwards on a case by case basis.
